Anticipation

I'm sitting here waiting with anticipation for Legacy Mortgage to get back with me. We want to be preapproved and might possibly make an offer on the fixer- upper foreclosure if we feel pretty sure about it after another walk through. Of course then there's inspections to deal with to make sure everything is as it appears.
